Admissions procedure for FLTAs:

Congratulations on being selected as a FLTA! The following are the steps you will need to take to apply for admission as an unclassified post-baccalaureate student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa:
Apply online at http://manoa.hawaii.edu/graduate/content/graduate-division. You can use the on-line application and select “Post- Baccalaureate-Unclassified” from the intended program drop down menu. You can also submit your $50.00 application fee on-line. You can also download a PDF of the the Post- Baccalaureate Application from the website, complete it and mail it along with a $50.00 application fee to the Graduate Admissions Office at 2540 Maile Way, 354 Spalding Hall, Honolulu, HI 96822.
Please read the application instructions carefully. Be sure to click the “Submit Application” button at the end of the online application.

Contact the university from which you earned your bachelor’s degree to request that your official transcript be mailed directly from the university to:

If you have sat for TOEFL within the last 2 years, e-mail TOEFL Services at: <email@example.com> to request that your TOEFL result be sent directly to the Graduate Admissions Office electronically. The University of Hawaii at Manoa´s Institute code for TOEFL is 4867. If you have not sat for TOEFL or if your TOEFL result is more than 2 years old, please inform Mrs. Randolph in your initial email to her.
Once we receive all the above- mentioned items, the Admissions Committee will review your application and inform you of an admissions decision via mail. Please be advised, our application deadline for international applicants for Fall semesters is February 1. At the time you are informed of your selection as a FLTA, you would have already missed the application deadline. Therefore, your timely actions and conscientious efforts to comply with our admissions requirements are greatly appreciated.
